As an award-winning actor, writer, and director, he has garnered international acclaim.
Rey Coloma’s directorial prowess is evident through a portfolio that spans experimental and narrative works, earning praise from local and international film critics. His films have received hundreds of major international awards. Notably, he was commended by the Office of the President CEZA for his role as a Technical Jury member during their inaugural and subsequent film festivals. Recent accolades include the prestigious Diamond Award and Gold Award at the Wallachia International Film Festival in Bucharest, Romania.

In 2023, Eric was awarded “Multi-Talented Promising Actor of the Year” by the Dakilang Filipino Award and "Asia's Most Versatile Young Leader and Promising Host of the Year by Alliance of Hospitality and Tourism movers of the Philippines. Honoring outstanding and Extraordinary People who serves as Pride of every Filipino. Executive Vice President
Jenni Lou D. Andres is an accomplished Actress, Model, and Performer, currently holding the position of Executive Vice President (EVP). She was born on July 2, 1981, in Fairview Park, Quezon City, and is the eldest of four children of Mr. and Mrs. Wilfredo G. Andres and Myrna R. Dizon. She is single and has one son.
Her early education was completed at Our Lady of Perpetual Succor College (OLOPSC) and Holy Spirit Academy of Laoag. She went on to pursue a degree in Computer Science at Divine Word College of Laoag.
In 2022, Lou received the Dakilang Filipino Award for "Fast Rising Ilocana Actress/Model and Businesswoman of the Year." The following year, she was honored with the ASEAN Youth Organization Award for "Philippines' Outstanding Film Executive and Actress of the Year" and the Alliance Hospitality and Tourism Movers of the Philippines Award for "Asia's Breakthrough Actress/Performer and Best Ilocana Vlogger of the Year."

Willie Andres Jr.
Senior Vice President
Wilfredo holds the position of Senior Vice President (SVP) and is a Member of the Board of Director Born on November 19, 1959, in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.
His primary education was at Divine Word College of Laoag and Rosevelt Colleges in Marikina. For his secondary education, he attended Ilocos Norte National High School. He pursued Aircraft Maintenance Engineering at the Philippine Aeronautical School in Pasay City and later studied Management at Northwestern University in Laoag.
Wilfredo's career includes roles such as Purchaser and Payroll Clerk at WSA Construction and Development Corporation, a family-owned construction company, Checker at Cosmos Bottling Company in Libis, Quezon City Warehouse, and San Fernando, Pampanga Plant. He also worked as a Radio Operator, in General Services, and as a Purchaser at Northern Foods Corporation in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte. Currently, he is a Real Estate Agent.
In 2023, he was honored as the “Philippines' Outstanding Film Producer and Entrepreneur of the Year” by the ASEAN Youth Organization.
Myrna Andres
Auditor
Myrna serves as the Auditor and is a member of the Board of Directors. Born on November 20, 1952, in Lingayen, Pangasinan, she is the sixth of fourteen children of Mr. and Mrs. Jose Teodorico B. Dizon Sr. and Maria Carmen T. Rico. She is married to Wilfredo G. Andres Jr., and together they have four children.
Myrna completed her primary education at Bonifacio Elementary School and Baguio Central School in Baguio City. She attended Baguio Colleges Foundation (now Cordillera University of Baguio) for her secondary education and further pursued Secretarial studies at the same institution.
In her career, Myrna has taken on the role of Secretary at Ditasupil Enterprises, Real Estate, and Law Office.

Lynette Garay Cerdeña is a distinguished professional from Marikina City, Philippines, holding a BS in Nursing from Ago Medical & Educational Center Bicol Christian College of Medicine. As COO of Mystique et Soleil Derma Soap and an accomplished model, she has judged numerous beauty and supermodel contests and earned multiple awards, including the Most Influential Filipino and Asian Award and the Asia Pacific Luminare Award. Lynette has graced various billboards, magazines, and live TV shows, making significant contributions to fashion, humanitarian efforts, and community service. Melissa M. Tabirao
General Secretary
Melissa Tabirao is an accomplished entrepreneur and nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from AMA School of Medicine. She has held various key positions, including VP and Chairwoman of the Project Committee at DPPI (2012-2016), and has been a Stakeholder/Partner with the Civil Military Operations Battalion NCR since 2012. She is currently the President of Agape Philippines Group and has served in leadership roles within Alpha Kappa Rho and Youth for Peace NCR.
Melissa has received numerous awards, such as General Excellence in Psychiatric Nursing and Delivery Room/Labor, and Stakeholders Awards from the Philippine Air Force. She is actively engaged in outreach programs, humanitarian service, and livelihood projects.

Ana Marie Herrera Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education, Major in Crop Science. She is a dedicated ALS (Alternative Learning System) teacher in the Jovellar District of Jovellar, Albay. Her career has been devoted to providing essential literacy services to remote barangays, focusing on out-of-school children, youth, and adults.
Ana Marie completed her Master of Arts in Education, Major in Alternative Learning System, at the University of Saint Anthony in Iriga City. She has spearheaded innovative initiatives such as "Module mo, Ayuda ko" and the "Gulayan sa ALS Project (GSAP)," significantly enhancing both the educational and financial well-being of her learners. She has also played a crucial role in training instructional managers, organizing community pantries, and offering vocational training.
Her outstanding contributions were recognized when she was named the top educator in Albay and received an award in Vietnam for promoting holistic learning on March 30, 2023. Ana Marie's commitment to community service extends beyond education, actively addressing hunger and poverty. Through her projects, she fosters collaboration and empowerment, making a positive impact on her community.
As she aptly states, "Ang Doctor ay tagapagdugtong ng buhay, ang ALS Teacher’s ay tagapagdugtong ng pangarap." Known as the "Star Lady of Albay," Ana Marie embodies the spirit of service and change, continually working to uplift those around her. Atty. Cyrus E. Torreña, DPA,MNSA

He values hard work, perseverance, and education. His educational journey began at Impao Elementary School, where he graduated with the highest honors in 1982, and continued through high school at Notre Dame of Isulan, where he graduated with honors in 1986. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business from Mindanao State University – General Santos City in 1991.
Cyrus pursued a law degree while working at a bank, earning his degree from the University of Mindanao in 2002 and becoming a member of the Integrated Bar in 2004. He furthered his education with a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Notre Dame University, Cotabato City, in 2006, and a Doctoral Degree in Public Administration from Southwestern University, Cebu City, in 2011.
Dedicated to public service, he has offered free legal services to farmers, police, fire personnel, jail staff, and the army. He served as the Municipal Legal Officer of Isulan, Sultan Kudarat from 2011 to 2012 and was elected Municipal Vice-Mayor of Isulan in 2013. In 2016, he became a member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Sultan Kudarat, serving until 2019.
In 2021, he was appointed Provincial Administrator of Maguindanao by Governor Bai Mariam Sangki-Mangudadatu. After the dissolution of Maguindanao and the creation of Maguindanao Del Sur and Maguindanao Del Norte in 2022, he became the first Provincial Administrator of Maguindanao Del Sur.
In June 2024, Atty. Torreña graduated with a Master in National Security Administration (MNSA) from the National Defense College of the Philippines.
Atty. Torreña, married to Atty. Josefina Dublin Torreña and father to two children, remains devoted to serving others. His life is marked by a dedication to education, public service, and community development. He is a multi-awarded Public Servant and Lawyer of the Philippines.
